It has been long time since last update.
Well, let me share a story.

*****************************
Once upon a time, 10/09/09 in precise, I, with empty stomach went to mid-valley which is near IMU. In Pizza Hut, obviously to fill up my stomach, had following conversation.

CHAO: Why doesn't the cheese powder dissolve in the soup?
*While blending the soup with cheese powder*

ME: 'Cause.... Cheese powder is insoluble in mushroom soup!
*In a slightly loud tone*

Then, the IMU students (I saw their tags) on next table stunned and stared at me, and followed by Chao's laughter.

Boom Boom Pow!

Yesterday just watched G.I. Joe. It is nice.
Directed by "The Mummy" director,
Produced by "Transformer 2" producer,
Of course nice la!
The end credit, Boom Boom Pow remix is superb.
I am not sure which version is which,
But who cares.

[EDIT] This is G.I. Joe version.

The City of Entertainment - Genting Highland

[Before] 31st July

-Shuang's house-

I watched Transformer 2. (Shuang's brother keep rewatching Megan Fox scene. =x)
Then, we spent whole night on Scrabble. Everybody so kia su. Don't want to give up. Especially Shuang and Betsy's Q and Z letters. Lol.

kia su ppl playing Scrabble.

p.s. Shuang's parents are very nice. Not as scary as she said. >.<

[During] 1st Aug

-On the Bus-

Fortunately, an uncle sat beside me. We started to chat and got to know that he was a tour guide of Genting. So, he helped us to get 20% for all the Theme Park tickets. With Nadia's contribution of 2 "Buy 1 Free 1" vouchers, we managed to get "All Parks Tickets" for just Rm39.

-Genting Highlands-

We checked in, with Yan Xia's credit card. At this moment, as long as she shuts her mouth =x , I really felt that she is like our mum, with her attire that day,and LV handbag, looked mature.

Looked mature, no?

So cool.

This girl likes to walk staircase.

-Hotel-

It was a pain to wait for the girls to shower. Pathetic Chee Yuen had to wait till 4am only can bath. And, Chee Yuen kept praising me being very attractive to opposite sex. Sigh. I am trying to be humble already. He still want to tell everybody. Haih~

The Librans are so attractive. =D
[After] 2nd Aug

-Klang-

We went klang to find Poh Yuan for Bah Kut Teh. Super nice. I ate 2.5 plates of rice. WOOhOOOO~~~

Pro~

-RedBox-

Karaoke. What else!?

Night in the Jogoya !

31st July, a day to be remembered, which I spent the most in my life for just a DINNER!!!!!

Venue : Jogoya @ Starhill
Time : 6.30 - 9.30 pm
Price : RM88++ (RM101.20 nett)

I broke my record. Record before this was RM40 in Italiannese.
Wow, I can't believe i actually spent nearly triple of it.

Let's show some pics.

Food~~

More food~~~

Betsy and I.

Credits to Shuang as she drove us to Jogoya. (And she went PC Fair.)
As I stepped into the restaurant, I thought I am going to get lost. It is a maze. (No joking.)
Here, they serve basically everything, range from chinese to western cuisine, including japanese and malaysia. And, they have Haagen Dazs, wine, and cocktails, which are Betsy's favourite. =x
There are very wide variety of food in Jogoya. However, the food are just average. Can't be rated as VERY good.

More information? http://www.jogoyarestaurants.com/

-------------------------------------------------------
In Jogoya, I did a quick maths.

Amount I paid = RM 100 (1 s.f.)
Let each plate = RM 10

So, I need to eat 10 plates so that it worths the price.
At last, we are able to finish 21 plates, excluding the drinks and Haagen Dazs.
----------------------------------------------------------------

p.s. Amazingly, Betsy wasn't drunk.

[PS2] Perfect Circle Disc Scratch

Recently, i completed my A-Level. (yippie. ^_^v) A lot of plans during first half month. BUT, after that, mushrooms start to grow. Got Green Mushroom, Horny Mushroom, Zombie Mushroom... (Maplers understand this!) xD So, I started my lifeless lifestyle. One day, while i was playing PS 2, i realised my PS 2 is problematic.

Problems :

1. PS 2 produces extraordinary high amplitude of sound wave while the disc is spinning at high frequency.

2. The disc is scratched with the pattern of perfect circle after playing.
The serious scratch!

Aim :

1. To investigate the cause of the problems.
2. To solve the problems.

Hypothesis:

The "golden ribbon" connected to the lens has loosen and the extra length of it comes out to the disc tray and thus, when disc spins, it scratches the ribbon, making a perfect circle.

See the shiny thingy? That's it.

Procedure :

1. Set up the apparatus as sho... uhmm... well.. My apology. It is my natural reaction. xD (ignore this.)
2. Press down the golden ribbon so that it won't come out temporarily.
3. Play a clean disc for a few minutes.
4. Observe and record the result.

Results:

1. The disc has no scratch.
2. NO graph is plotted.

Conclusion:

The golden ribbon is the cause of the problem. Hypothesis is accepted.
To solve this problem completely, replacement of the ribbon is necessary.
(I have been charged for 60 MYD for the replacement. It is pricey.)

-------------------------------
BEHIND THE SCENE
-------------------------------

The ribbon acts as a kind of cable to release laser from the lens for disc reading. The golden ribbon is most probably made of copper. Due to the fact that heat is dissipated while the PS 2 is reading the disc, and copper is a good conductor of heat, the ribbon expands and eventually undergoes a process of deformation, after the extension of length exceeds the limit of proportionality. Thus, it doesn't go back to the original length and causes the "extra" length to be extended out of the space provided.

[p.s.] This is only my theory based on my observation. Not necessary to be correct. Please do not flame.

Karaoke Maniac

Out of a sudden, an idea strikes my mind. So, I decided to find a way for karaoke. It was not easy, because, I don't want to spend money. (Not even on DVD) xD So, the only way is.... our lovely Internet. We don't deny the power of it, don't we?

*1 hour*

**2 hours**

***3 hours***

********* Don't know how many hours ********

Finally, I managed to do it! *clap*
Now, i gonna to share it.

Softwares: (Click to download)

1. KuWo MusicBox
2. K-Lite Codec Pack
3. Windows Media Player 11

Steps:

1. Download and install above softwares. (Obviously)

2. Run KuWo MusicBox.

3. Search a song.

4. Right click a song and choose "Play MV"

5. Wait till the MV has finished loading. (Do NOT close KuWo)

6. *For Vista Only * C:\admin\AppData\Local\Temp\KMusic
*For XP Only * C:\Document and Settings\Temp\KMusic

7. Copy the MV in .wmv format to any loacation desired.

8. Open ffdshow Audio Decoder ( Start > K-Lite Codec Pack > Configuration )

9. Enable Stream Switcher.

10. Open the MV with Windows Media Player 11.

11. At Play > Audio and Language Tracks, the audio tracks can be changed.

*English - Without Vocal
*Chinese - With Vocal

OMG.. I am a so clever!!
Salute myself!!!!
MUAHAHAHAHHA~~
